#22Nov Anonymous supports the victims of police brutality that striked once again!

Dear citizens,

22th of November is an international day against police violence generated by the oppression of governments. The call out (http://anarchistnews.org/content/zad-calls-out-intl-day-against-police-november-22nd) originated from collectives (Occupants of the different ZAD - Zone À Defendre (zone to be defended)) in France after the killing of an ecologist student in a protest by an offensive grenade. His death was known by the pigs after 7 minutes but kept silent by the incompetent authorities while they were looking to blame the "violent protester". Many of our comrades all around the world have been killed or wounded in protests by their weapons while protesting against the oppression of these governments, pressured by the capitalist movement who want to impose their projects on society. We do not forget the fallen ones and we do not forgive their murderers.
Some, more radical, factions and individuals of anonymous have decided to synchronise online actions with those protesting on the street that day! We named it "Operation Anti Repression". We must inform the poeple by any tactic possible. We can no longer tolerate that people get forced on their knees by these mindless robots. Who "serves and protect" machines, capitalistic institutions and injustice. We protect the people. We fight back!

Le 22 novembre est un jour international contre les violences policières générées par l'oppression des gouvernements. L'appel (http://anarchistnews.org/content/zad-calls-out-intl-day-against-police-november-22nd) a pour origine des collectifs -occupants de différentes ZAD (Zones à défendre)- suite au décès par grenade offensive d'un étudiant en écologie lors d'un rassemblement. Les flics ont été au courant de sa mort après 7 minutes mais ont été maintenus silencieux par les autorités incompétentes pendant qu'ils cherchaient à incriminer les "violents opposants". Partout dans le monde, de nombreux camarades ont été tués ou blessés par leurs armes dans des manifestations contre l'oppression de ces gouvernements,sous la pression du monde capitaliste qui veut imposer ses projets de société. Nous n'oublions pas ceux qui sont tombés, et ne pardonnons pas leurs meurtres.
Certains, plus radicaux, individus ou factions d'anonymous, ont décidé de synchroniser des actions online avec la protestation dans la rue ce jour! Nous les avons nommées "Opération Anti Répression". Nous devons informer le peuple par toutes les tactiques possibles. Nous ne pouvons pas tolérer plus longtemps que le peuple soit mis à genoux par des robots sans âmes. Dopo giorni d'indagine siamo riusciti di nuovo nell'impresa di violare i database di svariati corpi di forze dell'ordine.Violati i database della polizia penitenziaria: pubblicate centinaia di dati personali, emails, allegati. Nulla risarcirà il dolore dei familiari delle vittime di stato, tuttavia con questa azione Anonymous li stringe metaforicamente a sè cercando almeno di costringere le forze dell'ordine, pecore sanguinarie in divisa alla trasparenza.
Invitiamo, come nostra consuetudine, ogni utente della rete a scaricare ed a leggere di persona il materiale riportato con questa operazione. 



Quasi 1000, sono le morti nelle carceri italiane dal 2002 al 2012 (vedi mappa). Per la precisione 518 sono i suicidi (56%), 183 (20%) sono le morti per malattia,177 (19%) sono le morti in carcere per le quali vi sono indagini in corso.
Si aggiungono le 26 morti in carcere per overdose e gli 11 omicidi. Per un totale di 915 detenuti morti dal 2002 al 2012. Tale conteggio non comprende le morti in questura , C.I.E., arresti domiciliari.
La fatiscenza e l'inumano sovraffollamento delle carceri italiane è evidente, ma, nostro avviso non basta a spiegare una media di circa 100 morti l'anno. Di fronte a forze dell'ordine che hanno torturato nelle caserme durante il G8 del 2001 a Genova, che hanno ripetutamente ucciso cittadini inermi sotto loro custodia (Cucchi,Aldrovandi,...) e che si sono poi permesse azioni intimidatorie verso i familiari delle vittime, la diffidenza ci sembra necessaria. Considerando quanto appena riportato, chi potrebbe davvero giurare che alcuni dei sopra indicati suicidi in carcere non siano stati in realtà omicidi provocati dagli agenti? Del resto in Italia non esiste alcuna legge contro la tortura da parte delle forze dell'ordine e le carceri rimangono luoghi di omertà dove carcerieri aguzzini possono operare senza alcun controllo.
La situazione che abbiamo descritto è indegna e rimane immutata da decenni, ciò rende palese che in realtà, al di là delle ripugnanti dichiarazioni di circostanza dei ministri in occasione dei processi per le poche morti su si è tentato di far chiarezza, è preciso interesse dello stato mantenere forze dell'ordine "fasciste", come le definì lo stesso ministro Giuliano Amato. La stessa magistratura non manca di ricordare la sua totale funzionalità agli interessi dello stato, suprema espressione dei padroni, con sentenze abominevoli come quella riguardante l'uccisione di Stefano Cucchi. Intanto poche ore fa un'altra persona caduta nelle mani delle forze dell'ordine è morta in circostanze sospette: Luigi Bartolomeo, arrestato il 21 ottobre per l'evasione dagli arresti domiciliari viene poi colto da malore e ricoverato d'urgenza all'ospedale di Loreto Mare dove muore qualche giorno dopo. L'avvocato del sig.Bartolomeo parla di "sottovalutazione delle condizioni di salute di Luigi Bartolomeo al momento dell'incarcerazione" oppure,sostiene "deve essere successo qualcosa" durante la carcerazione stessa; in altre parole o Bartolomeo è stato lasciato senza cure dai carcerieri così che andasse in coma, oppure è stato malmenato o torturato dagli agenti stessi.
Rilevando questa gravissima situazione richiamiamo la necessità di instaurare una videosorveglianza continua sui poliziotti che lavorano nelle carceri. Anonymous non ravvede in tale misura altro che un provvedimento emergenziale collo scopo di frenare al violenza poliziesca nelle carceri.

Più precisamente Anonymous rivendica:

  • Una legge contro la tortura da parte delle forze dell'ordine, che tuteli, al contrario di quanto avviene oggi, chi si trovi sotto la custodia degli agenti.
  • Una continua video sorveglianza nelle questure e nelle carceri al fine di garantire la tutela delle persone detenute o sotto la custodia degli agenti. E' necessario ricordare che tale richiesta è posta anche a causa del gran numero di "suicidi" nelle carceri italiane, circostanza che testimonia le condizioni disumane di reclusione e lascia dubbi sulla effettiva condotta della polizia carceraria.
  • Leggi che permettano di espellere dalle forze dell'ordine e di punire adeguatamente chi tra gli  agenti si sia macchiato di maltrattamenti, percosse o molestie contro persone in stato di fermo, arresto o comunque sotto custodia.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Maledetto stato: uccidi le tue vittime inermi per mezzo delle forze dell'ordine, che spesso prima le segregano nelle caserme o nelle carceri e poi ti autoassolvi tramite i tuoi tribunali che concedono l'assoluzione agli agenti massacratori. Tutto ciò è ripugnante.
Fatte queste considerazioni abbiamo deciso di intrometterci nei databse delle forze dell'ordine, 
    trafugando, centinaia di dati personali, allegati. In particolare ci siamo dedicati alla famigerata polizia penitenziaria, principale responsabile dei soprusi, spesso mortali ai danni dei detenuti. Intendiamo così dare una parziale punizione ai fautori delle nequizie che ogni giorno avvengono nelle carceri italiane e mostrare anche l'usurpatore che più si crede sicuro e immune alla legittima ira delle vittime può esser colpito e tremare.

Fascists and Nordist Parties are destroing immigrants, refugees and Rom' houses in Italy. We trust on you to stop them, join the international brigades in Italy


Citizens of the world 
The fascist parties Casapound and Forza-Nuova with the aid of Lega Nord party are increasing their racist and fascist activities all over Italy. 

A member of  the Casapound fascist party killed two Senegalese people in Florence on December 13th  2011. 
More recently, the Casapound party has also organized arson against Jewish markets, and targeting Jewish students with rape, as proven by Naples justice courts.
More recent fascists' actins includes:
1) On October 28th 2014, a joint group of Forza-Nuova, Casapound and Lega Nord members led by Mr. Mario Borghezio (Lega Nord eurodeputate), break into in a school for immigrants in Casalbertone (Rome). They destroyed furniture and attacked teachers and frightened away the students  in order to force them to leave the school and the country.
2) On  November 14th 2014, the aforementioned group of fascists and Lega Nord members broke into a house for children of refugees in Tor Sapienza (Rome). More information: http://goo.gl/1BgqZk
They entered the property and chased out the children, yelling racial slurs. 
Police helped the fascist group to evacuate the house for refugee children and took them away. We have to underline that this episode of  fascism arrives right after almost  a week of urban violence from the Italian citizens of Tor Sapienza  (Rome) against the children's refugees and their homes. One tactic used by fascists was throwing small bombs to refugees children houses.
3) On November 8 2014, Mr. Salvini, the leader of Lega Nord went to a Sinti's hovel in Bologna in order to taunt them, asking if they pay bills for public utilities, such as water, gas, and power. We underline that the visit of Mr.Salvini at Sinti's houses comes after years of arsonism and police aggression to Rom and Sinti's village. This is a real etnich cleansing (Chronology). It is common knowledge in Italy that the Sinti are too poor so they cannot pay for utilities and they don't use it. It is also common knowledge that Mr. Borghezio, a member of Lega Nord (the same party of Mr. Salvini) had been incarcerated by an Italian State Court for arson against clochards, homeless shelters. So Rom, Sinti and Anonymous fear that the real aim of Salvini's visits to Sinti's homes had the goal of evaluating the layout of the Sintis' village in order to attack it later with fire. Fortunately, activists from the social center stopped Salvini's car, blocking his inspection of the houses. Unfortunately, he may succeed on a later visit.
We remember that the fascist party Casapound and also Lega Nord has offices in almost the cities of Italy and has announced to increase again the fascist/racist actions against immigrants and Sinti/Rom people in the next days.

Services and houses for immigrates and refugees (most of them from Africa) and Rom and Sinti's houses in Italy needs to be constantly watched to avoid fascists violence and/or arsonism, this is exactly the aim of the international brigades. It will be a very hard work, we will have to defeat the fascist aggressors which are conspicuous and tollerated or substained by police and even by people.

We are sure that you refuse the violence, unhumanity and violence of fascism and racism.
We will fight with all our energies in order to avoid a second fascist regime in Italy.

#Italy:The Veneto Regional Council Hacked & Exposed! Save Venice!

Anonymous is fighting to protect the environment and act against the corporations that systematically involve corruption and inefficiency. For this reason, we have fought against TAV Muos, LNG terminals, nuclear power plants, and incinerators.
Thus, we consider it necessary to express our opposition to dangers to our environment such as Moses, the system of movable panels that would protect Venice from flooding. The system has known design flaws, such as those related to the efficiency of metal hinges, which must be always be reliable during the rotation of the bulkheads, and which will be constantly submerged in saltwater.
One only needs to note the million-dollar system of bribes involving the former governor of Veneto of Forza Italy, Giancarlo Galan, to see the corruption within the system, ignoring logic over money.
We also wish to express our solidarity with organizations that fiercely oppose the crossing of the historic center of Venice by giant cruise ships that cause abnormal waves, thus putting at risk the delicate structure of the city. Massive pollution of the area is caused by fumes produced by these ships. Despite these concerns, in March the Regional Administrative Court of Veneto adjusted the right of vessels to pass through Venice until June, imposing a modest reduction of transits by 12%, and then would further consider the decision pending further action.
We also reported a story about an EFAL entity managed by Mario Ferrarelli - a former commissioner - and others who are now under investigation for fraud. The region is  choosing to extend ship throughfare at the expense of its previous European funding, which mentioned about 1,800,000 Euros embezzled by the director of the institution, which was earmarked for and never invested in the promised training of young people.
We also recall that in July, the Veneto Region has decided to halve funding for battered women's shelters. The nature of the Veneto Regional Council therefore does not differ from that of many other principals of an elitist state: while the impoverished masses are forced to fight for jobs that are less and less dignified and more underpaid and deprived of rights. Meanwhile, the powerful lords of the Veneto Region, headed by former governor Galan, pocket millions in bribes.
We can therefore reasonably assume that the entire Veneto Regional Council is nothing but a mass of ravenous parasites devoted to the robbery of the weakest.
This is proven by the disregard shown by the rulers of the Veneto renewing the right of passage of ships through the historic center of Venice, sacrificing the health of citizens and neglecting the artistic heritage in the name of financial gains due to the increase in tourism.
In the meantime, funding for women's protection and shelters has been cut in half, showing the true nature of the patriarchal system that controls Veneto by the Regional Council. In the name of all women raped, beaten, or killed by gender-based violence, we curse the entire Veneto Regional Council, made up of mysogynistic politicians.
We are firmly convinced that the citizens and taxpayers of Venice are perfectly capable of deciding the resources and means of production in the most efficient manner, making decisions without being corrupted by payoffs.
We support freedom of information and knowledge, the right to housing based on income, health and education, advocating the legalization of soft drugs, rights for homosexuals and transsexuals, the immediate approval of a law against police brutality, and the immediate closure of psychiatric hospitals that are little more than human zoos. Anonymous sided with the population in the fight against the destruction of their environment, with the Notav who oppose the TAV to citizen of Niscemi that fight against Mous, with the Brazilian Kayapo who seek to defend the Amazon rainforest against destruction caused by mega-dams, and with the inhabitants of Venice who are angry about the damage caused by Mose and Grandi Navi.
In this spirit, being among those who are facing the prevailing socio-economic elite who consciously choose to fight to herald in the revolutionary overthrow of the establishment, Anonymous has decided to disclose the entire email archive of the Regional Council of Veneto. The material posted here contains the emails and documents of these individuals, as well as members of these institutions who have communicated with third parties. This data has been collected via intrusion into the webmail host consiglioveneto.it
We believe in ensuring freedom of information, allowing everyone to see the true nature of the issue; in fact, to know precisely the reality of the situation, which will be a necessary condition for true change.
We therefore urge everyone to download and read the information disclosed by the current operation, and we implore the public to directly investigate the quoted material in order to highlight the atrocities of the power-hungry elite in Veneto, who are exploiting their city, the humans within it, and the environment for their own greed.

#Nov5th Operation n°1: Double leak from ENEL. It's proved! ENEL built the Mochovce nuclear plant without supervision and without any knowledge! Operation n° 2: leaks from ENEL coal Power Plant of Torrevaldaliga Nord

Internal emails and documents, obtained by Anonymous from plant's owner ENEL, have revealed mayor safety problems regarding the construction of two new reactors of the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant in Slovakia. The leaked documents, which contain inspection and monitor reports, reveal that minimum safety requirements are not being met and that pre-Tchernobyl materials made by the Former Soviet Union are being used for the construction of units 3 and 4.

In one of the emails, dated march 31st 2013, a STF employee states "from a test carried out at the construction site of the plant, we know that the inspector of the assembly activity did not manage the quality process and documentation in an appropriate way". The email further states that "currently the documentation has been brought into conformity despite the immensity of inconsistencies" and that "necessary checks had not been made".

An email [2], dated 31th march 2013  from the STF documentation, was sent by an STF member to others. It says that "by an ispection completed in Mochovce yard we know that the inspector who performed the inspection did not manage the process quality and documentation in a proper way", but "actually this documentation was conformed, altough many reported  "incongruities", however "the inspection were not done". So we claim that reactors 3 and 4 in Mochovce nuclear plan where builded without any supervision.  We underline: there were "many reported incongruities" from the project. These "incongruities" are differences between the reactors' projects and the actuallyto be poorly carried out labouring/manufacturing during the reactor construction. Moreover, the documentation for ENEL was, according to the email, "conformed" i.e. problems and/or anomalies were excluded/manipulated to produce satisfactory datasets. As the author of the email underlines, "the situation is more serious as we consider that we were talking about components of a nuclear power plant".

A second email we encounter [3], dated 18th january 2013, originates from the Ansaldo dox.  An Ansaldo member writes of certain tests (and their results) "don't get lost inside calculation notes" and accomodates ENEL's comments. As we can read  from that email, Ansaldo's mathematical models do not contemplate working problems in the A202 component of the plant. It has, however, been revealed that there are issues concerning the use of this component due to "free support upward", thus ENEL noted that there can be "non-linearity" (unpredictability) in the nuclear reactor's functions and/or readings during operation [3]
Further to the correspondence, documents dated 20th december 2012 detail various results from the Mohovce plant. As can be seen by by these initial offerings, there exist many issues that are, at times, designated as "critical".  This is not exclusive to test results from reactor operation alone but are also found in tests for various components used within the reactors, also marked as "critical"


So, these documents we release highlight that the Mohovoce plant, property of ENEL, was built quickly, without satisfactory controls, with a willful ignorance to concerns and with potentially inferior materials.

This is made worse by the fact that ENEL makes only symbolic investments in alternative energy. For example, solar power collected by fluid pipes warmed with mirrors: this system is perfectly efficient, but ENEL doesn't seriously want to improve it.

Evil exploiters of Nature and human beings, we know your name: ENEL is the same company that participates in hydroelectric projects in South-America, contibuting to the destruction of one of the last indigenous populations on Earth.

So, we're not surprised to discover that you own potentially deadly plants, putting at risk thousands of people and the surrounding environment. Whether or not your huge profits can justify injury and/or death on some scale, is at the discretion of your board of directors.

Powerful people of the world: damn your competition, exploitation, want of money, your submission faith. No nuke, no human and nature exploitation!

Le email che ci apprestiamo a pubblicare riguardano la centrale nucleare di Mochovce in Slovacchia. Il materiale rilasciato contiene anche documenti inerenti a controlli svolti sulle più svariate componenti dell'impianto. Premettiamo che ENEL proprietaria dell'impianto tramite la controllata Slovenske Elektrarne stà completando la costruzione di due nuovi reattori privi, come i due già esistenti dei requisiti minimi di sicurezza come ad esempio doppie pareti di contenimento del materiale fissile. Per la costruzione dei due nuovi reattori ( 3 e 4 ) saranno utilizzati materiali sovietici prodotti prima del disastro di Cernobyl ( http://bit.ly/GJVBIF ). Seguono le spiegazioni dettagliate di due diversi gruppi di documenti che riportano controlli inerenti ai citati reattori 3 e 4 effettuati in un caso da Ansaldo e nell'altro da STF controlli per conto di ENEL.


Questa email del 21 marzo 2013 ( https://privatepaste.com/01eaa1cada/kostf ) proviene da quelle che riguardano STF controlli.
E'inviata da un membro di STF ad altri membri di della stessa azienda. Dice che "da un controllo eseguito presso il cantiere di Mochovce si evince che l'ispettore che ha seguito le attività di montaggio non ha gestito la qualità dei processi e la documentazione in modo appropriato",ma "attualmente la documentazione è stata resa conforme,nonostante l'immensità di incongruenze riscontrate",tuttavia "non sono stati fatti i dovuti controlli". Ciò significa che nessuno ha controllato davvero che i lavori di montaggio dei reattori 3 e 4 siano stati effettuati correttamente,infatti si riscontra un' "immensità di incongruenze" rispetto al progetto pattuito. Queste "incongruenze" sono lavori mal eseguiti. Tuttavia la documentazione rilasciata ad ENEL "è stata resa conforme",cioè tutti i problemi sono stati taciuti manipolando i dati. Come sottolinea lo stesso mittene ( membro di STF ) "la situazione riscontrata è ancor piu'grave se si considera che trattasi di componente montato in una centrale nucleare."

Segue un'altra mail, di venerdì 18 gennaio 2013  tratta da quelle che riguardano Ansaldo.(https://privatepaste.com/9f9c945757/koansaldo)

Un membro di Ansaldo scrive, relativamente ai risultati dei test, di "non perdersi nelle note di calcolo" e di assecondare i commenti ENEL. Come si evince dall'ultima parte dell'email segnalata, i modelli matematici preparati da ansaldo non prevedevano irregolarità nel funzionamento del componente A202 della centrale, tuttavia il modello in realtà si è rivelato errato dicono a causa del "supporto libero verso l'alto", quindi ENEL ha fatto notare con commenti critici che vi è una "non linearità" ( cioè imprevedibilità ) nel funzionalento dei reattori nucleari (https://privatepaste.com/9f9c945757/koansaldo). Tra i documenti rilasciati ve ne sono altri risalenti al 20 dicembre 2012, dove si riportano i risultati di controlli effettuti sull'impianto di Mochovce. Come si scorge anche da una prima occhiata,  i problemi evidenziati sono numerosissimi e molti sono catalogati come "critical" ( molto gravi ). Analoghe conclusioni si traggono osservando i dettagli dei  progetti di tubi e componenti varie, questi sono carichi di frecce rosse che indicano criticità.

Quindi  il materiale pubblicato con questa azione rende evidente che l'impianto di Mochovce, di proprietà ENEL è stato costruito con materiali scadenti ed assemblato frettolosamente senza competenenze nè controlli.

Tutto ciò è ancor più ributtante poichè ENEL limita gli investimenti nell'energia da fonti rinnovabili ad un livello poco più che simbolico. Si pensi ad esempio alla produzione di energia elettrica solare tramite il riscaldamento, per mezzo di specchi riflettenti, di un fluido intubato; il sistema è perfettamente efficiente e permette di produrre energia anche di notte, ma ENEL si guarda bene dall'implementarlo su vasta scala.

Immondi sfruttatori della Natura e degli esseri umani, il vostro nome non ci è nuovo; non è forse ENEL che partecipa ai progetti idroelettrici in Sud America, contribuendo allo sradicamento delle ultime popolazioni indigene ancora esistenti?

Non ci stupisce dunque scoprirvi proprietari di impianti mortiferi per centinaia di migliaia di persone e per l'ambiente circostante. Del resto, per voi capitani d'industria i profitti ingenti posson ben giustificare il rischio di qualche perdita umana.

Potenti produttori, potenti tutti: siano maledetti i vostri valori di competizione e sfruttamento, la vostra santificazione dell'accumulazione illimitata della ricchezza, le vostre fedi fatte di bieca sottomissione!
No al nucleare, no allo sfruttamento dell'uomo sugli esseri umani e sulla Natura!

 Con questa seconda azione, Anonymous vuole dare il suo contributo a chi giorno per giorno si batte, nel luogo ove vive, contro le centrali elettriche che bruciando carbone avvelenano l'aria. E' grazie all'opera di documentazione del comitato "Senza paura", che lotta contro la centrale di Torrevaldaliga nord, che oggi possiamo dire con certezza che l'impianto citato opera con tecnologie scadenti bruciando ogni anno una quantità di carbone superiore di un milione di tonnellate al limite massimo previsto,per ragioni sanitarie,dalle leggi vigenti. Inoltre è stato accertato che il carbone contiene ina quantità di zolfo tre volte superiore a quanto consentito, ciò provoca piogge acide assai diffuse. Lo stesso sindaco di Civitavecchia ha protestato per i fumi e le polveri rilasciate dallo impianto,a vera e propria nebbia; costui ha anche sottolineato l'enorme incremento di tumori devastanti di varia natura. Tutto ciò è coerente con le valutazioni espresse dall'agenzia Europea dell'ambiente nel 2012 che evidenzia che impianti come quelli di Torrevaldaliga hanno un'impatto sulla salute pubblica addirittura superiore a quello dell' ILVA di Taranto. Questa immonda fabbrica di morte non si limita ad uccidere avvelenando l'aria,ma fagocita le esistenze degli operai che vi lavorano,infatti infatti l'ultimo grave incidente occorso presso la citata centrale risale al marzo 2013:  un silenziatore è scoppiato e, nel cadere a terra, avrebbe potuto colpire qualche operaio con conseguenze tragiche. La centrale è stata protagonista di numerosi incidenti in passato, a causa della riduzione delle spese destinate alla sicurezza e alla manutenzione. I morti che la centrale Enel di Torrevaldaliga Nord ha provocato sono ben 3.
ENEL le alternative alla tua lurida e mortifera energia esistono. Ribadiamo che è necessario investire in nuove tecnologie per produrre energia: e' evidente che grandi quantità di gas metano sono estraibili dai liquami fognari,che già ne producono spontaneamente,con l'ausilio di appositi batteri. Produrre metano dalle fogne aumenterebbe la ricchezza moltiplicando il valore dei liquami che oggi sono solo un problema. Ovviamente il metano prodotto può essere a sua volta usato per produrre energia elettrica con un bassissmo impatto ambientale.
La produzione di energia solare col sistema Archimede,progettato dal premio nobel per la fisica Carlo Rubbia è capace di produrre grandi quantità di energia anche di notte,ma voi signori dell'uranio e dei combustibili fossili,trovate più conveniente devastare aree incontaminate del Sud America col vostro idroelettrico o costruire centrali nucleari di bassissimo costro e di comprovata pericolosità,oppure avvelenare l'ambiente coi vostri gas letali per qualche kilowatt in più.

ENEL,ovunque,sulla Terra il tuo nome si associa a violenza e sfruttamento.Nessun potentato sia esso pubblico o privato potrà mai compiere nefandezze paragonabili a quelle di ENEL senza eser giustamente additato come cricca assassina spregiatrice degli esseri viventi. Tuttavia proprio poichè azienda pubblica l' ENEL, nella sua opera omicida,risulta addirittura grottesca, infatti, è lo stesso cittadino che oggi a Civitavecchia si ammala di tumore a dover contribuire alla sua distruzione fisica sovvenzionando regolarmente l'ENEL per la fornitura di energia elettrica che questa eroga, di solito, alla sua abitazione.

No Rigassificatore No LNG TERMINAL #Italy #Livorno #Offshore - Ministry of Environment HACKED



We want to remind the note that gives some environmental problems that affect our country: 

Problema dell'arsenico nell'acqua potabile (domestica) nel basso Lazio Problema dei rigassificatori: Livorno,Gioia Tauro e via dicendo Problema dello smaltimento dei rifiuti urbani, emblematico nel recente passato il caso di Napoli Problema dell'inquinamento dei mari , Arcipelago Toscano ma anche laguna di Venezia a causa del rilascio in mare di residui di lavorazione del PVC e di mercurio Problema dello smaltimento dei rifiuti industriali tossici ( si veda il caso dei citati bidoni del cargo della ditta Grimaldi), ma anche la pratica di smaltire rifiuti tossici gettandoli in terra. Per questa ragione ampie aree del paese solitamente dedicate alla pastorizia o alla agricoltura sono state trasformate in discariche illegali con danni incalcolabili per l'ambiente. Proliferazione degli ECO-MOSTRI cioè edifici abusivi che deturpano il paesaggio spesso abbandonato ed incompiuti. Problema dello smaltimento delle scorie radioattive provenienti dalle centrali Nucleari italiane ora dismesse che tutt'ora continuano ad essere fonte di contaminazione Problema della cementificazione con conseguenti problemi nella irregimentazione delle acque con conseguenti alluvioni, emblematico è il caso di Genova Problemi legati all'inquinamento industriale i casi sono innumerevoli. Basti pensare alla vicenda ILVA. La lista ovviamente sarebbe molto più lunga. Inoltre spesso aziende di stato sviluppando i loro progetti a nome dei cittadini italiani e sovvenzionate da questi distruggono l'ambiente e devastano le culture di popoli antichi e pacifici che vivono a migliaia di chilometri dall'Italia. E' il caso dell'ENEL che costruisce dighe in sud America, magari consorziandosi con altre imprese del settore, distruggendo ecosistemi incontaminati e di valore inestimabile come ad esempio avviene in Patagonia. Notiamo che i cittadini e le cittadine italiani sovvenzionano obbligatoriamente le vostre attività pagando per i propri consumi elettrici e non hanno alcuna possibilità di influire sulle scelte delle citate aziende di stato. Quindi ribadendo la natura pacifica della nostra protesta che è da considerarsi affine a FLASHMOB o al SIT-IN (vedi la nostra dichiarazione), intendiamo tuttavia dar voce a tutti coloro i quali, indignati dalla breve lista su esposta, vogliono rivendicare il proprio diritto al dissenso. Inoltre è evidente che se questi e mille altri problemi si sono accatastati nel corso degli anni è perchè effettivamente l'azione delle istituzioni in primis il Minsitero dell'Ambiente è stata insufficente o inesistente. Replichiamo alle parole rivolteci dai membri del ministero sul loro sito che i disservizi arrecati e la presunta lesione dei diritti degli utenti, non possono portare alla condanna morale delle nostre azioni. I disservizi (e la presunta lesione del diritto degli utenti ) sono anche propri di altre forme di manifestazione di dissenso come ad esempio lo sciopero, che quindi sarebbe anch'esso da condannare. Al contrario il diritto di sciopero è sancito dalla costituzione. Cancellare questo diritto sarebbe assolutamente antidemocratico.

What is niobium?

In our world, everything has become a function of Power. In our world organizations that fight against the Power are often, typically, another side of the same Power that controls our instincts, and our own expression of dissent.
Recently we posted a press against WWF  explaining that it as another instrument of power, a useful organization to legitimize the interests of  corporations looking for a "green guarantee" for their earnings (http://operationgreenrights.blogspot.fr/2013/03/the-unsustainability-of-wwf-certified.html).
In our world nothing is perfect, and sometimes it happens that public opinion is not modified in time, so that more and more people manage to focus their attention on a fact that highlights the atrocities of Power. That is the case, for example, of the war in DR Congo, where the international mobilization ensured that the same States that fostered the massacre of millions of people, stigmatized the war, abolishing the importation of coltan from DR Congo.
Power, however, never gives up, indeed, one of it's best strategies is to make out of an accident a potential resource ... the eyes of the world turned to DC Congo, meanwhile on the other side of the world ...
The Mountain of Six Lakes
Niobium is one of the minerals alternative to colombite and tantalum and it is normally used in alloys with the first two minerals, the extraction methods and refining are the same. Most of niobium in the world is in Brazil, extracted mostly from CBMM, controlled by the Moreira Salles, who also controls Unibanco. CBMM belongs to a 15% stake of a consortium of Japanese companies and a further 15 % to a consortium of Chinese companies.
The group Moreira Salles in Brazil take care of the mining interests of Molycorp, one of the largest companies in the world (USA).
The company extracts and refines Brazilian niobium in its mines in Minas Gerais and Pará, but has  acquired the rights to the largest field in the world of niobium (about 95%) located in the state of Amazonas, more precisely in the province of Sao Gabriel da Cachoeira, in the region of the Upper Rio Negro. The place is located in indigenous soil, protected, and it is here where the major problems start.
Officially, the mine is not used, but we know, from the testimony of local residents, that the extraction is still happening , even with complaints by CBMM, against the natives. Its legitimate use is linked to the crazy project of building an infrastructure for the transport of goods.
Moreover, in 2010 Wikileaks provided documentation about the strategic need of the Anglo-American control of niobium mines in Brazil, so in the South American country a movement was born called "o niobio é nosso", niobium is ours, which made ​​it difficult to mine, making it illegal.
The role of FUNAI
FUNAI is the government agency that is responsible for the protection of the Indians and their lands, but like any government organization the true purpose of his actions is hiding something bigger.
The protection of indigenous lands allows full control on them because no one can access them with the exception of the Indians residing or without the direct supervision of FUNAI, with regard to religious visitors, scholars and recently, with the law from the 90's, the military.
Groups of geologists went up to the Mountain of Six Lakes, and their research gave life to orders given to the military, the only Brazilians that can legally access those areas that use indigenous labor exploiting the work of the weakest.
When some scholars have pointed out this illegal exploitation, CBMM supported by FUNAI  accused the Indians of extracting niobium illegally. We ask ourselves, along with all those who have dealt with the matter, how the Indians could refine niobium, requiring temperatures above 3,000 ° C. This is also part of the strategy to take away the attention from the evidence. The evidence is showed on the map at the beginning of this paragraph, a few tens of kilometers south of the Six Mountain Lakes  there is one of the largest Amazonian military base, in the middle of nowhere, far from the borders, far from the same town , a road connects it with the Six Lakes Mountain that climbs towards north, towards Venezuela, another road to the east opens the way towards larger rivers where you can get anywhere.
These are the same routes among the favorites of the coca growers, the same people, Indians used as carriers, exploited as workers, the same subjects, the expression of power, controlling that all is done in the best possible way.
The role of international organizations (the infinite Colonialism)
The control of Amazonian resources is one of the great purposes of power, the forest has been and still is a place of research, extraction, exploitation and there are minerals of all kinds. And who has ever seen one of the main strategic goals are the Anglo-American powers.
We point our finger to an organization that fights fiercely for the protection of indigenous land and to explore the pristine lands: The Prince Charles Rainforest Project. Thanks to this international organization, showing up in every place where there are the world's largest mineral resources , Britain was able to set up"Rondonia", a link between Brazil and other neighboring states, a strictly private corridor, that connects the heart of 'Amazon to Guyana, which is listed as one of the states that in the coming years, will receive from the UN substantial economic resources aimed at developing infrastructure and transportation networks.

Nel  Nostro mondo, tutto è diventato funzione del Potere. Nel Nostro mondo  le organizzazioni che si battono contro il Potere sono spesso, in  realtà, un'altra faccia dello stesso potere, che attraverso esse  controlla i nostri istinti, controlla la nostra stessa espressione di  dissenso.
In  un press passato abbiamo indicato a questo scopo WWF come strumento del  potere, organizzazione utile per legittimare gli interessi delle  multinazionali alla ricerca di una "verde garanzia" per i loro guadagni  (http://operationgreenrights.blogspot.fr/2013/03/the-unsustainability-of-wwf-certified.html).
Nel  Nostro mondo nulla è perfetto, e a volte succede che l'opinione  pubblica non sia modificata in tempo, così che un numero sempre maggiore  di persone focalizza la propria attenzione su un fatto, che mette in  luce le atrocità del potere. Questo è avvenuto, ad esempio, per la  guerra in DR Congo, dove la mobilitazione internazionale ha fatto sì che  gli stessi Stati che fomentarono il massacro di milioni di persone,  abbiano in seguito stigmatizzato la guerra, arrivando ad abolire  l'importazione di coltan dalla DR Congo.

La Montagna dei Sei Laghi
Il  niobio è uno dei minerali alternativi alla colombite e al tantalio, viene utilizzato normalmente in leghe con i primi due minerali, le  modalità di estrazione e raffinazione sono le medesime. La maggior parte  del niobio nel mondo si trova in Brasile, estratto per lo più dalla  CBMM, controllata dal gruppo Moreira Salles, che controlla anche  Unibanco, CBMM appartiene poi per una quota del 15% ad un consorzio di  aziende giapponesi e per un ulteriore 15% ad un consorzio di aziende  cinesi.
Il gruppo Moreira Salles cura gli interessi minerari in brasile di Molycorp, una delle più grandi aziende del mondo (USA).
L'azienda  Brasiliana estrae e raffina niobio nelle sue miniere in Minas Gerais e  nel Parà, ma ha da tempo acquistato i diritti di sfruttamento del più  grande giacimento del mondo di niobio (circa il 95%) che si trova nello  stato dell'Amazonas, più precisamente nella provincia di Sao Gabriel da  Cachoeira, nella regione dell'Alto Rio Negro. Il luogo si trova in terra  indigena, protetta, ed è qui che nascono i grossi problemi.
Ufficialmente  la miniera non viene sfruttata, ma si sa, dalle testimonianze degli  abitanti della zona, che l'estrazione avviene, addirittura con denunce,  da parte di CBMM, nei confronti degli indigeni. Il suo sfruttamento  legittimo è legato all'impresa faraonica di costruire delle  infrastrutture per il trasporto delle merci.
Inoltre  nel 2010 Wikileaks fornì documentazioni circa la necessità strategica  da parte degli angloamericani di controllare le miniere di niobio in  Brasile, per tanto nello stato sudamericano nacque il movimento "o  niobio è nosso", il niobio è nostro, che di fatto rese difficoltosa  l'attività estrattiva, sommergendola nell'illegalità.
Il ruolo del FUNAI
Il  FUNAI è l'agenzia governativa che si occupa della protezione degli  indios e delle loro terre, ma come ogni organizzazione governativa il  vero scopo delle sue azioni nasconde qualcosa di più ampio.
La  protezione delle terre indigene infatti permette il pieno controllo  delle stesse perché nessuno può più accedere in esse ad esclusione degli  indios residenti o senza il diretto controllo del FUNAI, per quanto  riguarda religiosi e studiosi, e da ultimo, con legge degli anni 90, i  militari.
Gruppi  di geologi si sono spinti e si spingo fino alla Montagna dei Sei Laghi,  e dalle loro ricerche prendono vita gli ordini attibuiti ai militari,  unici brasiliani che possono accedere alle aree legalmente, che  utilizzano la manodopera indigena sfruttando il lavoro dei più deboli.
Quando  alcuni studiosi hanno indicato questo sfruttamento illegale, CBMM  appoggiata dal FUNAI ha accusato degli indios di estrarre il niobio  illegalmente. Ci chiediamo, insieme a tutti quanti si sono occupati  della vicenda, come pssano gli indios raffinare il niobio, portandolo a  temperature superiori ai 3.000° C. Anche questo fa parte della strategia  per distogliere lo sguardo dall'evidenza. L'evidena è rintracciabile  sulla mappa riportata all'inizio di questo paragrafo, poche decine di  chilometri a sud della Montagna dei Sei Laghi c'è una della più grosse  basi militari amazoniche, in mezzo al nulla, lontano dai confini,  lontano dalla stessa città, una strada la mette in comunicazione con la  Montagna dei Sei Laghi per salire poi a Nord, verso il Venezuela, un  altra ad Est apre la via verso i grandi fiumi navigabili attraverso cui  poter arrivare ovunque.
Queste  sono le stesse tratte tra le favorite dei cocaleros, le stesse persone,  gli indios, utilizzati come trasportatori, sruttati come lavoratori,  gli stessi soggetti, espressione del potere, fanno la guardia che tutto  avvenga nel migliore dei modi.
Il ruolo delle Organizzazioni internazionali (l'infinito Colonialismo)
Il  controllo delle risorse amazoniche è uno dei più grandi scopi del  potere, la foresta è stata ed è ancora meta di ricerche, estrazioni,  sfruttamento, ha riserve di minerali di ogni sorta. E chi ci ha sempre  visto uno degli scopi strategici principali sono le potenze anglo  americane.
Puntiamo  l'indice verso un'organizzazione che si batte strenuamente per la difesa  delle terre indigene e per l'esplorazione delle terre incontaminate: The  Prince Charles Rainforest Project. Grazie a questa organizzazione  internazionale, presente in ogni luogo siano presenti le risorse  minerarie mondiali, l'Inghilterra è riuscita a costituire la Rondonia,  un cuscinetto tra il Brasile e gli altri Stati confinanti, un corridoio  di fatto privato, che collega il cuore dell'Amazzonia alla Guyana, che è  indicata come uno degli stati che, nei prossimi anni, riceverà dall'ONU  ingenti risorse economiche finalizzate allo sviluppo di infrastrutture e  reti di trasporto.
